Reformer Foundations

Your first weeks on the reformer. Slower pacing, clear cueing and a focus on set-up, breath and alignment so the rest of the timetable opens up to you.

Reformer Strength

Heavier spring load, longer holds and progressive overload. Built for members who want measurable strength gains without leaving the reformer.

Self-Guided Session

Train independently using guided programs within the studio. Same reformers, same space — no class time to work around.

Infrared Sauna Recovery

Recovery is part of the training, not an add-on. Our infrared sauna uses gentle radiant heat to warm the body from the inside — easing muscle tension, supporting circulation and helping you come back stronger for the next session.

What to expect
